Food and Wine pairing SARETINA

The purpose of the food and wine pairing workshop held at Saretina 152 restaurant in Cervia was to present the potential of white Romagna DOP wines in combination with local fish, cooked in all its forms. To do this it was chosen a restaurant directly overlooking the sea, where, in the various round tables set up, journalists could talk directly with the producers of the 22 different wines that were served during the evening (5/6 pairings proposed for each dish served). The workshop was preceded by a visit to the historic center of Ravenna and its Unesco heritage monuments.
